Reiki Level 1

In this class, you will learn about the history of Reiki and the other forms of energy healing.  You will also learn about the Chakras, how to assess them if they are compromised, and how to use Reiki to heal yourself and others. The knowledge and information passed to you in this class are based on the original Shiki Ryoho Method of Healing developed by Dr. Usui as well as my personal experience from practicing Reiki and Healing Touch for Animals. You will receive the Level One Reiki Attunement from me, a certified Reiki Master, at the end of class as well as your certificate.

This is a 5 hour class. Share your love of energy therapy and bring a friend for a special rate! We will have frequent breaks to give you some breathing room, time to hydrate, and time to snack. 

This course is not for the individual who is looking for the fast weekend class where all 3 levels are offered in a day and you "instantly" become a Reiki Master. This class is serious and insightful, allowing time to learn and practice the techniques before moving on to the next level. There is "homework" or maybe you can call it "self-work" that will need to be completed before you continue on to Level 2.
